Terms and Conditions.

Handmade & Natural Objects

All the baskets and items I sell are handmade by me (Mhairi) using natural materials. Due to the nature of these materials, colour variation will occur; the same variety of willow may have a different colour and tone from year to year due to the growing conditions changing each year. Product sizes will vary slightly due to the nature of the materials and processes used.

Commissions

After discussing the piece(s) you would like to have made-to-order, I will send you the details of the order, including the delivery time and shipping costs. I will then send across an invoice for a 50% deposit non-refundable, which must be paid within 5 working days to confirm the order and secure the 'making slot' in my schedule (if paid after this time, I update you on how this effects the schedule).

Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to let me know the tolerance within the measurements for the basket(s) ordered before the order is confirmed. 

Once the order is complete, I will be in touch to let you know and send an invoice for the final 50% payment, to be received within 14 calendar days (unless agreed otherwise). Once payment has been received (and the baskets have had time to dry) I will ship the order, sending across tracking information.

If payment is not received within this time I reserve the right to cancel the order. ​
